We are interested in pricing on 100,000 - 300,000 cotton small drawstring bags. Size: 8cm x 8cm Drawstring top. 2-color or 4-color process logo imprint. lightweight natural cotton material.
Please advise lead times.

這個時候呢,我就開始逼了, 我告訴他說可以, 但交期是有點緊的, 必須在年前確認(rèn)所有事情,年后馬上生產(chǎn), 然后要正式的印刷稿, 我能盡快開辦,并說一些細(xì)節(jié),這封郵件在公司的電腦, 同時開了P/I,讓他簽回. 并詳細(xì)的說明為什么要如此緊急處理, 一,購料要多少天,二,并打電話問料廠什么時候放假什么時候開工,三,然后年前確認(rèn)放年后確認(rèn)的區(qū)別等等,同時我當(dāng)天去物料市場買料.
3號在市場上買了四種同的棉布,可是沒有簽單我也不能開網(wǎng)辦,在發(fā)郵件如下 .

我希望讓客人知道我們的困難,更希望盡快簽下這單否則很容易被搶單 .
這個時候我要客人選擇,但我把路都鋪了,便權(quán)衡一下就好也不用再動腦筋想太多更不需要懷疑我們的誠意,同時我想告訴他我們是有計劃的而且是有效率的 .
而且是專業(yè)的 .
果然他馬上簽了回單給我問盡快出樣品,并表示對我們的信任及感謝 .
4號,我下緊急單要求馬上開網(wǎng)辦,為了省去確認(rèn)網(wǎng)辦圖的麻煩省時間,我和開發(fā)部的主管一周前往,在合作廠那里當(dāng)時畫圖當(dāng)時確認(rèn), 爭取在5號晚上拿到網(wǎng)辦 .
6號我去絲印廠看著他們調(diào)色.可是仍然有個顏色有問題,7號早上我的樣品趕了當(dāng)天的機(jī).但重新改色的樣品同時進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備趕8號的最后一班機(jī),幸好快遞公司沒放假 .
我拍了照通知客人樣已寄出.
HI, I send u two smpl by DHL, the tracking NO is 000000, pls kindly track by yourself on ur side.
And I am sorry for that the printing col hv little different ,(i hv no time to send ur revised one this morning!), but i cann't confirm if the revised one can send by 08.feb. so Never hold it, for u reference frist. the revise smpl be send later maybe tomorrow.
For a problem I need to remind u that pls don't put the totebag with tea leaf together into the hot water or cold water, the printing cann't be eat. pls kindly note. U just hv a totebag for package right? Really can't be water will be poison.!!!!

這個郵件一出,客人自動匯了訂金過來,他還沒有看到樣品但他很放心 .

我沒啥好總結(jié)的,這是我簽單最快的一次了,可能千年難遇 !
大家不要問我為什么和法寶,什么都沒有,關(guān)鍵的郵件我都貼了. 當(dāng)然并不完全就這幾封郵件而已 .
